Is possible get only the last message with LBS params (cell id,mcc,mnc etc) in an unit? In a single request like to message/load_last for example.

No, it is impossible to do with only one request. You can load several messages by "message/load_last" and make a search among them for necessary parameters.

Sure, the last message with valid coordinates.This because when a divice enter in sleep mode have null coordinates.
